Role Overview
Ichor Systems, Inc. is hiring an experienced, detail-focused Quality Inspector to support product safety and quality assurance in Singapore. This role is centered on checking products against company and customer standards, documenting findings accurately, and helping improve inspection methods where needed. Success in this position calls for strong attention to detail, sound technical understanding, and good numerical ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections during the production process and complete audit checks.
- Conduct final audits and take photos of finished goods.
- Set up, calibrate, and look after torque wrenches.
- Review internal non-conformities before creating non-conformance records in Oracle.
- Organize, check, and scan binder documents into the Quality Server.
- Prepare First Article Inspection documentation for customer portal submission.
- Take on additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Applicants should have at least SPM, a Technical Certificate, or NiTEC; mechanical engineering background is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in QC inspection is required.
- Good command of English and Malay, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong attention to detail to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and related documents.
- Motivated to maintain high standards and deliver quality output.
