About the Role

Regeneron is a science-driven biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing transformative medicines for serious diseases. We are seeking a QC Analyst experienced in HPLC to join our Quality Control Chemistry team based in Raheen, Limerick. This role is integral to supporting our mission by ensuring product quality and compliance within a fast-paced regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and document comprehensive testing data.
  • Review and verify test results to confirm adherence to quality standards, reporting any deviations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and agency requirements.
  • Manage laboratory inventory and supplies effectively.
  • Perform analytical tests on in-process materials, finished products, stability samples, and research specimens.
  • Develop, write, and update control test procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Complete detailed test records and conduct thorough data reviews.
  • Calibrate instruments and verify their readiness prior to use.
  • Collaborate with external customers and internal peer teams.
  • Innovate by developing new analytical methods and refining techniques.
  • Assist in validation and transfer of analytical methods and support methodology transition from R&D when required.

Job Environment and Expectations

  • Work on a rotating 12 hours on, 7 days off shift schedule.
  • Function within a regulated lab setting with strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative mindset, solving problems independently or as part of a team.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control, specifically using HPLC/UPLC and Empower software.
  • Desirable experience includes SE-UPLC, peptide, and glycan assays.

Salary Range: €18.34 to €28.70 per hour.
