Job Responsibilities

• Architect, build, test, deploy, and sustain extensive data processing workflows utilizing PySpark.
• Work closely with diverse teams to collect requirements and provide effective, high-quality technical solutions.
• Create robust data infrastructure on the AWS cloud, employing technologies such as Python, Spark, Scala, and SQL.
• Diagnose and resolve challenging issues related to large-scale data processing promptly.
• Engage in peer code evaluations to maintain code quality and conformity with development standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in Python and PySpark development.
• Strong knowledge of Spark and Scala programming.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and data architecture design.
• Ability to handle complex problems in big data environments and deliver timely fixes.
• Experience participating in code review processes and maintaining coding guidelines.
