Cabin Supervisor - Future Opportunities

About the Role

Riyadh Air is building the next generation of aviation in Saudi Arabia, with a mission to connect the Kingdom to more than 100 destinations as a digitally native airline. The airline is seeking an experienced onboard leader to join its cabin crew leadership team as a Cabin Supervisor.

In this role, you will help shape a premium passenger experience while supporting safe, efficient, and memorable journeys across both Premium and Economy cabins. This position is suited to someone who leads by example, keeps calm in fast-moving situations, and sets the standard for service on every flight.

What the Role Involves

• Steer the cabin team with confidence and provide day-to-day leadership onboard.
• Represent the airline’s standards for hospitality, safety, and teamwork.
• Resolve passenger issues courteously and professionally.
• Work closely with ground staff and flight crew to ensure smooth operations throughout the journey.

Candidate Profile

The airline is looking for a proactive professional with a strong service mindset, sound judgement, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. A genuine commitment to high-quality guest care and collaborative working is essential.

Eligibility and Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a flying role, including onboard leadership exposure.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

This opportunity is based in the Riyadh Region and is a full-time, onsite position.
