About the Role

Join the launch team at UNICO Montego Bay, Jamaica, a new luxury all-inclusive resort, and contribute to delivering a top-tier guest experience from the very start. We are seeking a seasoned Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement activities, guaranteeing timely procurement of premium goods and services while optimizing cost management, supplier relationships, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Bring at least five years of purchasing experience with minimum two years in a leadership role within hotels or luxury resorts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, inventory oversight, budgeting, and cost control measures.
  • Proficient with ERP platforms, preferably SAP, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Have knowledge of Jamaican procurement laws, import procedures, and familiarity with local vendors is highly advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a bonus.
  • Must currently reside in Jamaica.
