Public Relations Manager

Role overview

Maison Pyramide is looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager in Riyadh to lead communications for both existing retainer clients and new accounts, as well as support strategic events. The role calls for someone with strong PR expertise, proven team leadership, and the ability to coordinate with PR, Marketing, and Events teams to deliver timely, impactful brand messaging within agreed budgets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both traditional and digital media, and should have a solid grasp of the fast-changing social and social media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and roll out PR and communications programs, including the overall approach, objectives, budget, and execution plan for current and prospective clients, using research and insights to guide decisions.
• Manage day-to-day client communication across multiple accounts and projects.
• Keep communication flowing clearly and consistently between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with internal strategy teams and contribute to research, briefs, and campaign planning.
• Develop and sustain relationships with important external contacts such as stylists, journalists, and opinion leaders.
• Use influencer networks to secure earned media opportunities that expand reach and brand advocacy.
• Build and maintain connections with senior media contacts to drive coverage and uncover new opportunities for client visibility.
• Own budget control and timeline tracking for client work.
• Draft press releases, statements, interview materials, and other written PR content.
• Stay updated on competitors and category movements, and share relevant updates with the wider team.
• Continuously research opportunities to increase awareness and visibility for clients in a changing media landscape.
• Track, analyze, and report PR performance monthly, including progress updates and results summaries for clients.
• Coordinate PR launches, press events, photo shoots, and other related activations.
• Help strengthen Maison Pyramide’s image and raise the profile of the company and its founders through media, speaking, and industry-event opportunities.
• Support business development efforts and help identify potential new clients to grow the PR function.
• Work closely with other departments and senior leadership to help meet client goals and support business growth.

Experience and qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• At least 6 years of professional PR experience is needed.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
• Strong command of English is essential.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office is expected.
