Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal strategic liaison between the firm and Saudi Arabian government bodies and regulatory agencies.
  • Act proactively to deliver prompt and consistent administrative assistance including managing employment permits, entry visas, business licenses, and related documentation under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and other authorities.
  • Monitor, renew, and maintain residence/work permits (Iqamas) and coordinate exit/re-entry visa management for expatriate employees and their families.
  • Manage visa cancellations for departing sponsored personnel and dependents, and ensure compliance with General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) registration and deregistration.
  • Oversee municipal and corporate license administration and facilitate tax compliance through liaison with Ministries such as Municipality and MHRSD.
  • Track Saudization policies, including Nitaqat quotas; remap job titles for nationals and expatriates to meet current regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce for authenticated invitation letters and commercial registrations for visa procurement.
  • Serve as an internal expert on evolving visa processes and government protocols maintaining secure and audit-ready administrative records.
  • Provide urgent crisis management support, including on-site intervention at immigration points, managing detention scenarios to protect corporate interests confidentially.
  • Prepare documentation and facilitate interactions during regulatory audits, showcasing exemplary compliance conduct.
  • Assist with sensitive cases involving serious incidents like employee or dependent deaths, ensuring respectful handling of medical and legal procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Secondary education completion
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with substantial exposure to government entities and embassy operations
  • Strong networking and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Advanced problem-solving aptitude with capability to multitask and manage ambiguity positively
  • Outstanding judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • Effective influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at a business level
