About the Role
At INNSiDE Berlin Mitte, part of Meliá Hotels International, this role supports the guest experience by keeping shared spaces, office areas and back-of-house sections clean, tidy and well maintained. The position is ideal for someone with initial exposure to hotel housekeeping or cleaning who wants to build experience in a varied hospitality environment with development opportunities.

What You Will Do
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep in public areas, offices and back-of-house spaces.
- Check, sort and deliver clean linen to the guest floors.
- Assist with minibar replenishment when required as a substitute duty.
- Handle guest requests in a polite and service-minded manner.
- Clean and care for curtains and drapes.
- Organize and distribute floor deliveries and orders.
- Prepare extra beds and additional guest amenities.
- Carry out room quality checks in line with the hotel’s standards.
- Work alternating early and late shifts on a weekly rotation.
Compensation
The annual gross salary is between €29,928 and €30,984, depending on qualifications.

- Initial experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage; career changers are welcome.
- A sharp eye for cleanliness, organization and detail.
