Role Overview

The Psychological Services team, reporting directly to the Head of Healthcare, provides psychological consultation to employees and managers regarding mental health issues and challenges. The team also leads initiatives to promote mental health throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological consultations independently, including clinical diagnosis, needs assessment, counseling, and referrals to external treatment, along with short-term interventions as necessary.
• Offer expert guidance on employee reintegration after mental illness, collaborating with affected individuals and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver knowledge sharing through presentations, seminars, and workshops; identify training needs related to clinical psychology.
• Develop and implement workplace health promotion strategies and contribute to occupational health management, focusing on mental health.
• Participate in projects addressing contemporary mental health topics within the company.

Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Psychology specializing in Clinical Psychology or Psychotherapy.
• Hands-on clinical experience in patient care settings such as hospitals or outpatient clinics.
• Desirable advanced training as a psychological psychotherapist or extensive counseling training.
