Role Overview

This full-time role is based in Darwin, Northern Territory, with flexible working arrangements. The position offers a competitive base salary augmented by a performance-related bonus structure, a sign-on incentive, and thorough relocation assistance.

You will contribute to the expansion of our residential valuation services by performing property inspections, researching sales data, and compiling detailed valuation reports according to legislative and professional standards. Leveraging Opteon's advanced market systems will support your efficiency and improve reporting detail and quality.

Additionally, the role requires a strong operational mindset to foster and sustain positive, productive interactions with various internal teams and external partners.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will possess high-level valuation expertise coupled with excellent communication and business development capabilities. A well-established client network and a dedication to ongoing professional growth are essential.

  • A degree in Business (Property) or an equivalent qualification
  • Registered Property Valuer (RPV) or Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status, with substantial experience in residential valuations
  • Exceptional attention to detail along with strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer service and excellent stakeholder communication abilities
