Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Limerick for a Property Valuer. The role involves inspecting residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, collecting the information needed for assessment, and producing precise valuation reports that align with industry standards and regulatory expectations. The position also includes reviewing market activity and comparable sales, coordinating with estate agents, and keeping valuation records current. Responsibilities

• Visit and assess residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in property, real estate, surveying, or a similar discipline; professional accreditation such as SCSI/RICS or an equivalent is an advantage.
