About the role
This position sits within residential property sales across development projects in the Bay of Plenty. The role centers on handling enquiries, nurturing buyers, arranging site inspections and open homes, coordinating with brokers, and driving each opportunity through to signed agreements. You’ll be expected to engage confidently with people, build trust, maintain consistent follow-up, and help prospective purchasers understand how to move into a new home.
Key responsibilities
- Handle buyer enquiries and new lead intake.
- Make calls and keep in contact with potential purchasers.
- Meet buyers at site and guide them through the available homes.
- Explain the opportunity to first-home buyers as well as investors.
- Assist buyers throughout the full sales journey.
- Coordinate with brokers, lawyers, agents, and referral partners.
- Keep the sales pipeline and CRM up to date.
- Support launches, open homes, and marketing activity.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen sales systems, follow-up, and process.
About you
- You bring solid sales ability and clear communication.
- You are comfortable speaking with people and confident on the phone.
- You work in an organised, proactive, and high-output manner.
- You pay close attention to detail and keep follow-up tight.
- You think commercially and work independently.
- You present professionally and are easy to work with.
- You have a genuine interest in property, development, and growth.
- Background in property, real estate, new homes, finance, or sales would be advantageous.
- A real estate licence would be an advantage, though it is not required for the right candidate.
