About the Role
Oversee is a respected vacation rental management company recognized for delivering a high standard of hospitality. The company manages a diverse portfolio of rental homes along Scenic 30A in Walton County, Florida, as well as in Panama City Beach, Florida.
This opening is for a Property Manager who will help maintain excellent service for homeowners and guests while supporting the day-to-day care of the properties. The position is entry-level and offers a salary of $42,500, a potential bonus of $3,000, and benefits.
What You'll Do
- Work with vendors to coordinate property-related services and repairs.
- Organize and oversee housekeeping schedules.
- Enter, track, and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Assist with seasonal projects and other property upkeep tasks.
- Help ensure homes remain properly maintained and guest-ready.
