What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of the EMEA territory, identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory strategy to drive pipeline, revenue, and sustained growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), travel technology providers, and other key strategic partners.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and final closing.
- Generate, nurture, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, leveraging referrals, industry connections, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent Oversee at crucial industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Engage directly with executive-level stakeholders, including CEOs, COOs, and commercial leaders.
- Serve as the market's representative, relaying customer insights and competitive intelligence to the Product and Leadership teams.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to support strategic deals and ensure positive customer outcomes.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in travel technology, business travel, TMCs, travel SaaS, GDS, corporate travel, or related travel sectors is highly preferred.
- Possess at least 7 years of experience in a quota-carrying role such as Account Executive, Business Development, or Strategic Sales.
- A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exhibit a strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach and a track record of generating opportunities from scratch.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to enterprise-level clients.
- Previous experience in building out a sales territory, launching a new market, or functioning as an early commercial team member is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Possess a strong executive presence and proven ability to sell to senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrate a passion for technology, innovation, and the evolving landscape of business travel.
