Property Management Team Lead

Overview

This vacancy is on behalf of a partner company seeking a Property Management Team Lead based in Ireland. This remote role involves steering a property management team to achieve operational excellence across leasing, maintenance, collections, and administrative functions. As a pivotal liaison between frontline staff and leadership, the leader will guide, hold accountable, and enhance processes to elevate occupancy rates, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and administrative duties.
• Lead and support a dispersed team consisting of leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections specialists, and administrative personnel.
• Promptly address rental inquiries to maximize lead conversions.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as application volumes, approvals, move-ins, occupancy, collections, and team productivity.
• Manage rental marketing efforts by posting listings across various platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and others.
• Design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and suggest enhancements to boost effectiveness.
• Review operational reports including guest cards, applications, vacancy, and collections data.
• Coordinate maintenance requests ensuring timely resolutions.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in workflows and team performance.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in residential property management, including apartments or multifamily housing.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams across leasing, maintenance, collections, and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of leasing cycles, rent collection, renewals, notices, delinquency protocols, work orders, and occupancy management.
• Experience supervising remote teams within structured operations.
• Expertise in property marketing and rental advertising, with hands-on use of platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, or similar.
• Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively coach and hold teams accountable.
• Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to track performance metrics.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours and professional proficiency in English communication.
• Home office requirements include a quiet environment, reliable internet with at least 10 Mbps speed (plus backup), and dependable power with backup.
• Proficiency with computers meeting or exceeding Windows 10+ or macOS Ventura, Intel i5 8th gen or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, and minimum 8 GB RAM.
