About the Role
ZION, a property management firm focused on workforce housing in New York City, is seeking a diligent and proactive Property Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, onsite position is based in Pristina, Kosovo, with working hours from 14:00 to 22:00. You will serve as the primary liaison for our New York City residents, managing their inquiries, arranging maintenance services, assisting property managers with daily tasks, and ensuring the efficiency of our record-keeping and operational procedures. Collaboration with our property management, maintenance, and accounting departments is key, and your suggestions for system enhancements are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repair services.
- Provide comprehensive support to property managers in their day-to-day operational duties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and operational documentation.
- Facilitate smooth communication between residents, property management, maintenance, and accounting teams.
- Contribute ideas for improving existing operational systems and processes.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive, professional demeanor and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A commitment to character and a strong work ethic are prioritized.
