About the Role
Siemens is looking for a Projects Senior Sales Engineer to join its Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within a business focused on digital power distribution and digital building infrastructure, helping customers create environments that are comfortable, secure, resource-efficient, and ready for the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet the sales targets assigned across different sales channels.
- Expand Siemens’ reach and business potential in low-voltage products and systems.
- Maintain strong knowledge of low-voltage market segments, pricing, competitors, application areas, and growth opportunities.
- Position Siemens’ product advantages effectively against competing offerings.
- Assist the back-office team with preparing offers and processing orders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Continuously understand, confirm, and respond to partner account requirements.
- Support product marketing initiatives that align with market demand.
- Help introduce new products for control and power distribution use cases.
- Perform quantitative market analysis to estimate market size and share for different Siemens businesses, and keep records updated.
- Gather and review market intelligence to spot trends, competition shifts, and customer expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users while improving Siemens’ visibility in local networks.
- Drive projects through the complete sales cycle with all involved stakeholders.
- Build a project pipeline for Siemens and its channel partners, ensuring the right product and solution selection.
- Guide customers in evaluating Siemens technologies and identifying relevant limitations or constraints.
- Support product approval and prequalification activities with the relevant teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong background in sales and marketing for low-voltage products and systems.
- Proven ability to work well both as a team member and in a leadership capacity.
- Strong critical thinking, strategic thinking, and analytical ability.
- Good presentation skills and knowledge of market intelligence practices.
- Experience working with channel partners in low-voltage, power, and control products.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
