About the Role

Blue Fox is seeking a seasoned Project Planner to lead scheduling and project controls on a flagship 100MW hyperscale data centre construction project in Berlin, Germany. This role places you at the core of one of Europe’s most technically sophisticated mission-critical infrastructure projects, guiding program planning from ground-breaking through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage comprehensive project schedules that encompass multiple work packages.
  • Track project milestones and contractual commitments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly progress reports for internal teams and clients alike.
  • Detect potential risks, delays, and identify opportunities for schedule recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with construction, commercial, and engineering departments to maintain accurate and updated planning data.
  • Analyze impacts of program changes and provide thorough assessments.
  • Assist with project controls activities including forecasting and earned value management reporting.
  • Engage in client meetings and program oversight reviews to maintain alignment on project progress.

Candidate Requirements

  • Documented experience in project planning roles on significant construction projects.
  • Specific background in data centre, mission-critical, or equivalently complex infrastructure projects is essential.
  • Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing and robust project control methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with project teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Legal authorization to work in Germany or eligibility within the EU.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary of €120,000.
