About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives within our Private Banking division. This role is crucial for driving projects from conception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for detailed planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the management of Private Banking projects and strategic endeavors, guiding them through all phases from inception to closure.
  • Formulate comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and governance structures, to guarantee efficient project execution.
  • Engage with business stakeholders, technology departments, operations, compliance teams, and external partners to clearly define project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Oversee the complete implementation of Private Banking products, services, and technological solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with all regulations.
  • Track project advancement, key milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within budget and to high-quality standards.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating and resolving them promptly.
  • Establish and monitor project key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs), providing regular progress updates to senior management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to banking governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops to aid decision-making and maintain project alignment.
  • Champion continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices, incorporating lessons learned, and optimizing processes.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes and deliver significant business value.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Project Management, specifically within the banking industry.
  • Prior exposure to Private Banking, Wealth Management, or similar financial services sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams including business, technology, operations, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience in facilitating governance meetings and stakeholder workshops.
  • Commitment to implementing project management best practices and driving process improvements.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
