Project Manager

Job Overview

Take charge of managing and leading every facet of assigned project operations, including resource allocation, formal project controls, quality assurance, and contract fulfillment to ensure projects align with company standards and achieve timely, on-budget delivery as defined by the project case.

Primary Duties

• Coordinate and oversee the mobilization activities of projects, lead creation of initiation documents, define project scope and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project and resource plans to initiate projects successfully and enable progress tracking in subsequent phases.
• Detect potential risks and challenges hampering project success, implement corrective measures or escalate issues promptly to minimize impacts and ensure project objectives are met.
• Supervise the design and application of structured project controls along with quality assurance processes to uphold company standards, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Help identify critical lessons learned from past and ongoing projects, converting these insights into actionable recommendations that support business case and plan development to maintain project consistency and strategic focus.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and sponsors, managing communication strategies to disseminate information effectively and encourage engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of professional experience in project management roles.
• Demonstrated methodical and organized approach to managing projects.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Possession of a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
