Project Manager - IT and Cloud Infrastructure

Role Overview:

This position entails the comprehensive management of IT and cloud infrastructure projects, encompassing planning, scheduling, and delivering across various business units. The project manager will be responsible for budgeting, allocation of resources, and overseeing timelines while ensuring projects meet technical specifications and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, and delivery for IT and cloud infrastructure across multiple business units.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, resource plans, and timelines, ensuring progress aligns with defined milestones.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, cloud architects, and vendors to align project objectives with technical requirements and scope.
• Manage procurement processes and oversee contracts related to licensing, cloud services, and third-party vendors essential to project execution.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, escalate issues promptly, and deploy corrective measures as necessary.
• Utilize project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project to track deliverables and provide status reports.
• Supervise cloud migration, deployment, and infrastructure rollout to guarantee adherence to project specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment among stakeholders, development teams, and clients throughout the project duration.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, risk evaluations, and financial summaries to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and relevant IT industry regulations throughout all project stages.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of documented experience managing IT or cloud-based projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as project management tools including Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional skills in managing stakeholder relationships and communication, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Compensation Details:

This role offers a monthly salary between SGD 7,500 and SGD 8,500.
