Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of projects spanning business and technological change initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to define priorities, identify risks, and clarify delivery needs.
- Contribute to formulating project plans, governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and essential documentation.
- Monitor actions, risks, issues, interdependencies, financial budgets, and benefit realization.
- Coordinate efforts among business users, IT teams, external vendors, and other project participants.
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committee updates, and status reporting.
- Assist in transitioning completed changes smoothly into regular business operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the multinational business environment.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in consulting, project delivery, business change, transformation, technology deployment, or insurance change.
- Solid understanding of structured project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication abilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Aptitude for operating confidently within uncertain contexts and fast learning capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to details paired with a strong dedication to work ethics.
- Proven experience in building collaborative relationships across business and IT teams.
- Experience within financial services, insurance, consulting, or technology-driven change environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks like PRINCE2 or Agile is beneficial but not mandatory.
