Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of projects spanning business and technological change initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to define priorities, identify risks, and clarify delivery needs.
• Contribute to formulating project plans, governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and essential documentation.
• Monitor actions, risks, issues, interdependencies, financial budgets, and benefit realization.
• Coordinate efforts among business users, IT teams, external vendors, and other project participants.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committee updates, and status reporting.
• Assist in transitioning completed changes smoothly into regular business operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across the multinational business environment.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in consulting, project delivery, business change, transformation, technology deployment, or insurance change.
• Solid understanding of structured project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication abilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Aptitude for operating confidently within uncertain contexts and fast learning capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to details paired with a strong dedication to work ethics.
• Proven experience in building collaborative relationships across business and IT teams.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, consulting, or technology-driven change environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks like PRINCE2 or Agile is beneficial but not mandatory.
