Role Overview

Join a Berlin-based team as a Project Manager, overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects from initiation through successful completion. This position emphasizes effective project delivery within predetermined scope, schedule, and financial limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, defining project timelines, scope, and resource requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders and partners to drive project progress.
• Continuously monitor and report on project milestones, proactively addressing challenges to ensure goals are met.
• Detect and assess risks early, implementing measures to mitigate potential obstacles and maintain momentum.
• Communicate complex progress and issues clearly with a variety of audiences, adjusting approach as needed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement in process and results.

Qualifications

• Solid grasp of diverse project management approaches, especially Agile and Waterfall, with flexibility to tailor methods as appropriate.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills applicable to all phases of project work.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication proficiency for stakeholder management.
• Experience with risk identification, analysis, and proactive response planning.
• Capability to analyze project data and provide insights for informed decisions and adaptive strategies.
• Track record of balancing project deliverables with strict adherence to time and budget constraints.
• Academic background in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar is preferred. Recognized certifications such as PMP are advantageous.
