Project Manager (f/m/d)

About the Role

Clariness is seeking a Project Manager to be based in Berlin, Hamburg, or London. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing international patient recruitment and clinical trial projects, managing all phases from initiation through to completion. The role demands close collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and uphold top quality standards, while fostering operational excellence and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage patient recruitment initiatives spanning over 30 countries, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and apply operational processes that enhance performance, resource management, and regulatory compliance.
• Create effective strategies addressing operational management and patient recruitment challenges, including risk mitigation and innovative solutions.
• Increase efficiency and profitability in registry services and clinical trial recruitment efforts.
• Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring transparent communication and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee and refine portfolio and project management methodologies to maintain cost-effectiveness and high-quality controls.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed studies preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, Health Informatics, or related disciplines.
• Experience with project management in healthcare, clinical trials, or related sectors.
• Documented success in business process development and operational management.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Prince2 or IPMA are advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities in English and ideally an additional language; proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project.
• Strategic, flexible mindset complemented by strong problem-solving, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
