Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of Thinkproject's consulting and implementation projects. Your mission involves ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets while providing exceptional customer satisfaction and contributing to the ongoing development of Thinkproject's business offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project delivery for consulting and implementation initiatives across various customer programs.
• Develop trusted relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders to support project success.
• Collect, analyze, and align customer requirements to guide effective project outcomes.
• Set project objectives and establish detailed plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets through Statements of Work, tracking forecasts and delivery metrics.
• Oversee configuration, data migration, and deployment activities to facilitate successful solution adoption.
• Proactively communicate to enhance customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
• Identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities for improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Service teams to meet delivery goals.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to inform the product roadmap.
• Provide operational support expertise as needed to ensure continuity of customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in project management, particularly leading software implementation or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery environments.
• Knowledge of construction, infrastructure, asset management, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Technical understanding of software solutions, service delivery, and implementation processes.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum Master, or similar are advantageous.
