Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical projects by managing teams, schedules, and budgets to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Maintain effective communication channels among stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress rigorously, reporting status and promptly addressing any challenges.
- Ensure all documentation is precise and that compliance with regulatory standards is achieved.
- Implement improvements and adopt industry best practices consistently throughout project life cycles.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- At least three years of experience managing projects within mechanical, electrical contracting, or construction sectors.
- Possession of a recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is considered highly beneficial.
- Demonstrable ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.
- Strong organizational capabilities combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and Building Information Modeling (BIM) is advantageous.
