Role Summary

This full-time, onsite role situated in Singapore requires the Project Manager to manage comprehensive stages of real estate and asset development projects. Responsibilities span project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and liaising with both internal teams and external partners. The role includes overseeing timelines, tracking project progress, performing site inspections, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to address challenges and accelerate key deliverables.
• Maintain quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepare detailed reports, monitor potential risks, and assist in informed decision-making.
• Drive continuous enhancements in project management methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities and excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrate sound analytical and critical thinking skills for problem analysis and solution development.
