About the Program
Google Operations Center supports Google users and customers in solving issues and reaching their goals, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This apprenticeship is designed as a 12-month learning and development opportunity for people interested in building a career in project management within talent acquisition.
The role is structured as a full-time apprenticeship of about 40 hours per week. Apprentices will work on-site at their assigned office and also spend 20% of their time in a tailored training program, with the remaining time devoted to practical work alongside GOC teams. The program is intended to provide hands-on exposure, external training support, and real project experience. It is not a permanent full-time position.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must not have previously participated in any government apprenticeship program.
- Aadhaar must be connected to an active mobile number, and a personal email address is required for registration and verification.
- The opportunity is open to Indian citizens only and does not provide immigration sponsorship.
- Recent graduates as well as candidates with work experience in other industries may apply, provided they are interested in a career in project management for talent acquisition.
Role Responsibilities
- Build project management capability specific to talent acquisition, including communication, change management, and risk management.
- Work with data and learn methods for turning information into practical insights and recommendations.
- Help coordinate internal resources for project delivery and contribute documentation and reports for project teams and stakeholders.
- Strengthen teamwork and communication by building effective working relationships with peers, leaders, and other colleagues.
- Develop an understanding of project scope, including timelines, financial considerations, and outcomes, while maintaining thorough documentation and reviewing reports.

Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition after graduation is needed.
- Experience using Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Chrome, Docs, and Sheets, or similar applications, is required.
- English communication skills must be fluent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks and the ability to identify practical solutions while asking for guidance when needed.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.
