About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering strategic projects and corporate programs.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and outputs.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to assure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Perform market research, analyze industry trends, and benchmark competition to inform strategic choices.
• Evaluate business performance metrics and operational data, including KPIs.
• Create reports, presentations, proposals, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project plans, assess risks, and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to corporate strategy formulation, business planning, and growth strategies.
• Identify and advocate for process enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Lead meeting facilitation, document action points, and track follow-ups.
• Support change management efforts, digital transformations, and operational improvement projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• Preferred experience in project management, business analysis, corporate strategy, consulting, or operations.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to coordinate projects effectively.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Notion, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Experience with AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini is a plus.
