Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies tailored to project objectives and prevailing regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- At least seven years of professional legal experience, including a minimum of three years leading projects.
- In-depth knowledge of technology law areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related regulations.
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating sophisticated legal agreements and contracts.
- Ability to interpret and communicate legal information to non-legal audiences, facilitating actionable business decisions.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.
- Competency with legal research platforms and compliance management frameworks.
