Project Estimator - Aluminum Facade

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Estimator with a strong background in uPVC windows and doors, curtain walls, skylights, and dome projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, technical drawings, BOQs, and site measurements while coordinating closely with the Sales and Project teams to ensure compliance with client requirements and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project quotations for uPVC Windows & Doors Systems, Curtain Walls, and Skylights and Dome Structures.
• Conduct estimation and cost analysis ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and job orders.
• Develop and modify AutoCAD drawings, including villa layouts and building elevation drawings.
• Perform site surveys and measurements to support estimation and project execution.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Project Teams to understand client requirements and technical specifications.
• Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate estimates.
• Maintain project cost records and support project planning and execution activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Estimation & Cost Analysis, uPVC Windows & Doors Systems, Curtain Wall Projects, Skylights/Dome Projects, AutoCAD Drafting, BOQ Preparation, and Site Surveying and Measurements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for villa and building elevation drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods related to façade and glazing systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates currently residing in Jeddah are highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
