About the Role
The Project Coordinator position entails a pivotal responsibility in the successful execution of client engagements by deeply understanding and configuring a SaaS platform tailored to client specifications. The role is primarily non-technical and centers on coordinating teams and managing client requests efficiently within the platform's functional use.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize platform settings to align with client expectations ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Monitor project milestones and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Technology to keep projects on track.
- Organize and handle tickets and client inquiries systematically, analyzing requirements to recommend effective solutions and ensuring completion of requests.
- Create and maintain clear documentation to aid users and internal teams, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
- Engage with clients during implementation, including conducting training sessions to facilitate platform adoption.
Requirements
- Early-career professionals keen on growth within a SaaS environment with enthusiasm for digital products.
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a solutions-focused approach.
- Effective communication abilities in both verbal and written forms to clearly explain concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with a quick learning aptitude for new technologies.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience with project coordination, SaaS, digital platforms, or ticketing/CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics is advantageous but not essential.
