About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Project Constructability Manager to lead and control constructability efforts on large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is a senior Mechanical Engineer experienced in managing complex projects from engineering through commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement constructability strategies ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely.
  • Analyze engineering designs to ensure they facilitate cost-effective, practical, and construction-friendly solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams throughout project phases.
  • Manage project execution from initial planning through to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to construction and site management personnel.
  • Identify and address constructability challenges in design and construction phases.
  • Oversee contract implementation and support negotiation processes with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, mitigate risks, and take corrective actions to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes, client specifications, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Promote continuous enhancements in construction techniques and project execution approaches.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15 to 20+ years in large-scale Oil & Gas EPC project environments.
  • Proven project leadership from engineering through construction, commissioning, and handover stages.
  • Expertise in constructability assessments, project planning, construction oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing high-value EPC projects exceeding USD 500 million is favorable.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of international codes and standards applicable to Oil & Gas construction projects.
  • Prior experience with GCC, Aramco, or ADNOC projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive EPC project management credentials.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams on large Oil & Gas ventures.
  • Commercially astute with experience handling subcontractor and client relations.
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
