Fleet Manager – Oil & Gas (ADNOC Projects, UAE)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced fleet leader to handle the oversight of company vehicles, heavy machinery, and transport resources used in oil and gas projects. The position requires someone who can keep fleet operations safe, economical, compliant with ADNOC and UAE rules, and aligned with project demands.

The compensation offered goes up to AED 12,000.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a similar discipline.
• Bring at least 10 years of experience in fleet management, with a minimum of 5 years on ADNOC or oil and gas projects.
• Possess solid knowledge of fleet operations, preventive upkeep, transport coordination, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Have experience managing light vehicles, heavy vehicles, buses, and construction equipment.
• Be familiar with ADNOC HSE expectations and fleet management software or systems.
• Oversee day-to-day fleet activities, vehicle deployment, and transport scheduling.
• Ensure maintenance planning, inspections, registrations, insurance coverage, and legal compliance are completed on time.
• Track fuel usage, vehicle and equipment utilization, maintenance spending, and overall fleet efficiency.
• Lead drivers and transport staff to maintain safe, smooth, and productive operations.
• Keep accurate fleet documentation, create performance updates, and contribute to ongoing operational improvements.
