About Molloy Environmental Systems
Molloy is a distinguished leader in the wastewater infrastructure industry, based in Tullamore, Ireland. Specializing in MEICA solutions and off-site manufacturing, the company delivers exceptional precast concrete products alongside sophisticated wastewater treatment systems. Molloy is currently seeking a committed Technical Sales Executive who will promote its offerings and help propel the company's growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clientele by fully understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Carry out detailed price evaluations and generate precise quotes that meet both client goals and company profitability standards.
- Actively seek new business prospects by representing the company at exhibitions, conferences, and similar promotional events.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are accurately fulfilled.
- Expand the market reach by introducing Molloy’s current and new product ranges to previously untapped sectors.
Candidate Profile
- Strategic thinker possessing a solid technical foundation with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about sales, with an interest or willingness to learn about wastewater treatment and precast products.
- Proven ability to meet and surpass sales objectives consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster trust and maintain client relationships.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with a focus on problem-solving and innovative thinking.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory; alternative career pathways are considered.
- Experience in sales or involvement with technical projects is required.
- Prior exposure to construction, environmental, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous but not essential.
