Project and Delivery Lead

Role Overview

We seek a dedicated and self-driven individual prepared to lead daily projects efficiently and attentively. Working in close partnership with our Business and Operations Manager, this role demands managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining communication with clients and customers, overseeing team deliveries and designs, and guaranteeing timely completion of tasks.

Key Duties

• Providing leadership and effective communication within the team
• Coordinating daily floral deliveries including route planning, staff management, design oversight, and customer interactions
• Gaining foundational knowledge of floral design
• Contributing to team culture by organizing events and celebrations
• Coordinating floral arrangements for small occasions such as graduations, baby showers, and birthdays
• Managing and organizing rental inventory
• Supporting wedding design and event preparation
• Performing data entry tasks
• Spreading joy through floral arrangements

Employment Details

• Flexible part-time or full-time engagement
• Hourly compensated position
• Weekly working hours vary between 25 and 40
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
• Weekend work availability mandatory
• Position start anticipated in June
