About the Role
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Secretary has directed the Office of Suicide Prevention (OSP) to evaluate current Veteran Health Administration (VHA) initiatives aimed at reducing veteran suicides and to identify new strategies for further decrease. This has led to the development of the Veteran Suicide Prevention FY 2026 Strategic Sprints. An organization-wide strategy is necessary to enhance coordination of increasing interactions, promote non-pharmacological approaches for chronic pain management, connect Veterans with community faith-based resources, and close care coordination gaps between the VA and Community Integrated Treatment Centers (CITC) providers. Gritter Francona is seeking a Program Manager to contribute to this critical initiative.
Helpful Experience
- Proven experience in planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing programs within an integrated healthcare system.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing healthcare projects or programs, with at least 6 of those years dedicated to supporting a government agency.
