Program Manager, Supply Chain Planning and Commercial Operations

This role as a Program Manager within Google's NetOps Supply Chain & Commercial Operations (NOSCO) team involves leading complex, multidisciplinary projects across global teams. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and communicate progress effectively across offices and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supply planning and fulfillment activities with Google's contract manufacturers, ensuring cost-effective and punctual delivery of materials to support capacity expansions.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs and tier 2 suppliers, driving continuous improvement in supplier performance through a robust operational excellence framework.
• Participate in supply chain transformation projects, acting as a subject matter expert for supply planning processes including user journey mapping, requirements gathering, design, and implementation timelines.
• Analyze and confirm demand forecasts, manage procurement budgets, and ensure timely delivery while minimizing any performance or quality issues.
• Track key supply planning performance indicators, determine underlying causes for discrepancies, implement corrective measures, and provide comprehensive data reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• A minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution within New Product Introduction (NPI) roles.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and supply-demand planning.
• Preferred: 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary and cross-functional projects, with supply chain and program management experience across technical or networking fields and global exposure.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional organizational and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
