Compensation and Benefits
- Weekly pay ranges from $600 to $750, with the opportunity to reach $800 or more after 6 months.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with weekday hours only: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM. No night shifts or weekend work are required.
Growth and Advancement

Success Milestones
- Within 1 month: Maintain a full schedule, deliver consistent quality, and earn strong online reviews.
- Within 3 months: Become eligible for a Team Lead promotion.
- Within 6 months: Become eligible for a Trainer promotion.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes thoroughly, and support commercial cleaning work when needed, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Complete each job according to the company’s standards and the client’s specific instructions.
- Stay in clear communication with clients to understand preferences and cleaning priorities.
- Track cleaning supply levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Use safe cleaning methods and follow all safety guidelines to protect clients and team members.
- Deliver polite, dependable, and professional customer service at all times.
- Handle special cleaning requests such as deep-cleaning tasks or other individualized needs.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
- Strong client-facing communication and customer service abilities are important.
- Knowledge of correct cleaning and sanitation methods is helpful.
- The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality are essential.
- Experience with housekeeping management practices is a plus, but not required.
