Responsibilities
You will be expected to provide high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial customers while following the company’s procedures and checklist standards.
- Clean homes and apartments
- Perform office and other commercial property cleanings
- Handle Airbnb turnover cleanings
- Use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow the cleaning checklist to help ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Work across multiple service locations as assigned
Requirements
- Professional attitude and genuine commitment to quality work
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to speak and write in English; full fluency is not required
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience with a cleaning company and/or hotel experience
- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance proof
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check

- Completion of Maid Academy training
