Professional House Cleaner

Overview

The Cleaning Authority is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join as full-time Professional House Cleaners in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. This is a physically engaging role that involves delivering high-quality residential cleaning services using our industry-leading Detail-Clean Rotation System, which has been trusted for over 25 years and more than 20 million cleans throughout North America. Our company is a franchise founded in Maryland in 1977 and has a reputation for excellence, affordable pricing, and customer satisfaction. As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and opportunities for wage growth based on performance.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• We observe major holidays and are closed during these times.
• Salaries start at $10.50 per hour, increasing to $11 per hour after training (under two weeks).
• Wage increases are awarded after six months and annually based on performance.
• You keep 100% of your earned tips.
• Employees are paid on a weekly basis.
• Travel time between client homes is compensated, and mileage reimbursed for use of your own vehicle.

Location Service Areas

Service locations include Southwest Oklahoma City, Moore, Norman, Newcastle, Tuttle, and Mustang.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Must pass a background check.
• Positive attitude, willingness to work as part of a team and pride in performing tasks well.
• Readiness to learn and follow our specialized cleaning procedures.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting up to 15 pounds throughout the workday.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
