Role overview

This is a fresher-friendly production trainee role based in Mumbai. The position is intended for candidates interested in learning the end-to-end jewelry production workflow while supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the production workflow across stages such as design support and manufacturing execution, with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Follow the production plan and work to meet deadlines and output targets.
• Work closely with teammates to identify issues during production and help resolve them.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and coworkers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep the work area neat, orderly, and aligned with safety expectations.
• Take part in training sessions to build job knowledge and industry-specific skills.
• Work in line with company policies and procedures and follow required compliance standards.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to Mechanical Engineering students. A minimum qualification of 08th Class Pass is required.

Compensation and timing
