About Wynn Al Marjan Island
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an integrated beachfront resort planned to open in the UAE in 2027. Set on a scenic island stretching into the Arabian Gulf and located under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the property will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa.
About the Role
The resort is looking for a Duty Manager – Enclave to join the Enclave Operations team and help deliver a highly personalized luxury guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assist the Enclave front office team throughout assigned shifts.
- Make sure guest arrival and departure activities are handled seamlessly and with a high level of personalization.
- Resolve guest issues and service recovery situations with tact, care, and confidentiality.
- Liaise with housekeeping, concierge, butler service, and other departments to complete guest requests efficiently.
- Track guest feedback and contribute to improving service quality.
- Keep accurate records of guest preferences, incidents, and service-related notes.
- Support the coaching and development of Enclave team members.
- Follow brand guidelines, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures consistently.
- Help ensure service delivery aligns with Forbes Five-Star expectations.
- Serve as a main contact for VIP guests and proactively anticipate their needs.
- Assist the Duty Manager in overseeing shift operations and preparing reports.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings luxury hospitality experience, especially in front office or guest services, along with confidence in handling VIP clientele. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is a guest-first mindset and polished professional presentation.
Working Conditions
This position follows a shift roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The job may require long periods of standing and assisting with guest luggage or amenities.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of experience in front office or guest services, with supervisory exposure preferred.
- Background in luxury hospitality and direct experience serving VIP guests.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Working knowledge of property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English is required; other languages are an added advantage.
- Professional grooming and a service-oriented approach.
- Availability for shift work, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for long periods and assist with guest belongings or amenities when needed.
- Prior training and experience in Forbes Travel Guide standards is required.
