The site specializes in manufacturing automation and supports the full product lifecycle from new product introduction, prototyping, and process validation through to high-volume manufacturing, testing, shipping, and repair. It has 30 years of operational performance and customer service experience, supported by an experienced workforce.

The organisation employs people from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and related functions.

What This Role Is Responsible For

  • Drive continuous improvement by lowering scrap levels and ensuring strict adherence to work instructions and process controls.
  • Coordinate shift cover, holiday planning, and payroll accuracy to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, including full PPE compliance and a clean, well-organised work area.
  • Share early updates on shipment risks with supervisors and work with HR on recruitment and disciplinary topics.
  • Monitor and report on attendance, training progress, production output, and other key performance measures.
