Established in 2020, the company focuses on producing medical textiles, wound care items, surgical dressings, gauze swabs, bandages, and disposable non-woven healthcare consumables. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans guided by sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory status.
  • Ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production targets.
  • Create production schedules that align with delivery deadlines.
  • Supervise production progress to maintain schedule adherence and swiftly address bottlenecks preventing delays.
  • Collaborate with production teams to fulfill planned output requirements.
  • Oversee inventory of raw materials, packing materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, coordinating with procurement to maintain timely supply.
  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while avoiding stock shortages.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to align production with customer needs and business goals.
  • Communicate production updates and potential risks to senior management.
  • Evaluate production capacity and resource demands, manage machine loading and manpower assignments, and suggest capacity increases as necessary.
  • Monitor production KPIs such as efficiency, schedule compliance, inventory turnover, and on-time in-full delivery metrics.
  • Generate MIS reports and production dashboards for review by management.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and related initiatives to reduce lead times, waste, and costs, while enhancing planning precision and production efficiency.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of production records, planning reports, and inventory data.
  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies, quality norms, and regulatory standards and assist with audits and related documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
