Production Operations Trainee

About the Role

This opportunity at Chirag Integrated Services Private Limited is aimed at proactive and dynamic individuals for various roles including Production, Maintenance & Facility, Quality, Human Resources (HR), HR Administration, and Training at our Ranjangaon, Pune location.

Department Responsibilities

• Production: Manage and oversee the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and safety norms, along with maintaining detailed production reports.
• Maintenance & Facility: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, guaranteeing uninterrupted utility and plant operations.
• Quality: Carry out quality inspections and testing procedures, keep detailed quality documentation, and assist in quality enhancement projects.
• HR / HR Administration: Handle onboarding processes, manage attendance records, coordinate recruitment activities, and support employees in HR-related needs.
• Trainer: Deliver induction and skill development programs, assess training effectiveness, and maintain associated records.

Qualifications

• Applicants with any of the following educational backgrounds are eligible: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Any Graduate, MBA in HR, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
