Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared for a partner organization that handles the application process and all subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Production Marketing Manager in Canada to take on a pivotal, early-stage marketing leadership position inside a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS business.

In this role, you will help shape how an AI-native platform is presented to the market, owning product messaging, go-to-market planning, and the creation of a Product Marketing function from the ground up. You will serve as the connective point between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success so that market positioning and revenue-team storytelling remain aligned. The position carries substantial responsibility and visibility, including the chance to influence category development in the partner ecosystem and PRM space. Success in this environment depends on clear communication, fast execution, and strategic judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and continuously improve product positioning, messaging structures, and the broader market story.
  • Own go-to-market planning and support product launches for new capabilities, releases, and growth initiatives.
  • Produce sales-enablement assets such as pitch materials, playbooks, and team training resources.
  • Develop external-facing customer stories, including case studies, ROI narratives, and success frameworks.
  • Research the market and track competitors across PRM, ecosystem, and partner-led growth solutions.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to keep messaging and priorities aligned.
  • Set success measures for Product Marketing, including adoption, win rates, launch outcomes, and expansion contribution.
  • Build repeatable processes and operating frameworks that can support future growth of the function.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building or leading Product Marketing in early-stage, zero-to-one, or high-growth companies.
  • Strong capability in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy design.
  • Practical experience leading product launches and creating effective sales-enablement content.
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems, PRM platforms, affiliate networks, or similar go-to-market models.
  • Comfort working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to evaluate metrics such as adoption, attribution, win/loss patterns, and launch effectiveness.
  • Strong strategic thinking, persuasive storytelling, and an execution-focused approach.

Benefits

  • Monthly pay in the range of USD 6,200 to USD 8,900.
  • Fully remote work arrangement for candidates based in Canada.
  • The chance to establish and scale a Product Marketing function from the beginning.
  • Close collaboration with executive leadership and access to strategic decisions.
  • A high-impact role with influence over a fast-growing SaaS category.
  • Fast-moving, growth-oriented environment with significant autonomy and ownership.
  • Collaborative culture centered on innovation, speed, and strong execution.

Additional information

This hiring process is managed by the partner company, not by the listing platform. Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching system that screens candidates against the role’s core requirements before sharing a shortlist with the employer. Final hiring decisions, including interviews and assessments, are handled by the employer’s internal team.

By submitting an application, candidates agree that their personal data may be processed to assess fit and shared with the hiring employer under applicable data protection principles, including legitimate interest and pre-contractual processing where relevant. The hiring process may also use AI tools to help review applications, assess resumes, and flag possible inconsistencies, but human recruiters make the final decision.
