Production & Manufacturing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Production Manager committed to overseeing the entire manufacturing process from sourcing raw materials to final production output both locally and internationally. The role demands ensuring high quality, technical precision, compliance with delivery schedules, and adherence to regulatory standards throughout all production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate continuously with the Procurement Department to acquire raw materials and supplies meeting required standards, quantities, and timelines.
• Supervise the entire production process within the company's factory and external facilities to maintain operational flow and efficiency.
• Monitor daily production stages on-site to guarantee conformity with approved plans and technical specifications.
• Manage inventory movement and availability in warehouses alongside procurement to avoid production delays.
• Develop and enforce strategic production plans and schedules ensuring products are delivered on time.
• Work in close partnership with the Design Team to improve manufacturing processes, translating designs into production-ready quality products.
• Implement strict quality assurance measures to reduce waste and optimize cost-efficiency during production.
• Ensure that all products comply with applicable regulations and safety protocols, overseeing machinery upkeep and factory safety.
• Lead and supervise the production team, delegate duties, and perform regular performance reviews.
• Facilitate smooth coordination among procurement, warehouse, design, and sales departments to sustain seamless workflow.
• Prepare comprehensive operational and production reports for senior management that include progress tracking and materials usage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience (e.g., 5–7 years) managing production lines, manufacturing operations, and supply chain coordination at local and international levels; experience in retail, gift manufacturing, or souvenir production preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems (such as Odoo), Microsoft Office, and production management tools.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, for effective communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
