- Maintain strict compliance with established quality standards and production protocols.
- Conduct training sessions aimed at enhancing the skills and overall performance of the production team.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Demonstrate experience in manpower management and shop-floor operational oversight.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications.
