Job Summary
The role demands overseeing pharmaceutical production activities to meet manufacturing targets while strictly adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ensuring product quality, and meeting scheduled delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage manufacturing processes effectively to optimize manpower and machine usage.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives ensuring productive, safe, and regulation-compliant production processes.
Requirements
The candidate must have a graduate degree and possess the capability to lead pharmaceutical production operations with a focus on cGMP adherence, product quality, and operational efficiency.
